The apartment in an open studio style is accessible through a green courtyard and spans across two floors. The rooms are flooded with light due to the glass entrance front and skylights. There is a living area with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, desk, telephone, safe, and a large wall closet. Additionally, there are two separate sleeping areas, each with a double bed or separate single beds in a box spring style. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Furthermore, there is a self-catering kitchen. Everything is designed in an open and loft-like manner.
